The aim of our study was to estimate the possibility of functional lowdose digital fluorography for monitoring therapy response of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) exacerbations. 247 patients with COPD of different stage were included in the research. All of them combined radiological examination with functional lowdose digital fluorography and inspirationexpiration high resolution computed tomography (HRCT) was performed. As a result there was a sequence of applied radiological techniques at inpatients and outpatients stages determined.
