Functional inconsistency in the issues of social security and social protection of the disabled

The article draws attention to a certain inconsistency in the provision of social security and social protection measures to people with disabilities. It is related to several factors and, first of all, it is necessary to pay attention to the problem of inclusiveness of social protection of the disabled. In many cases, it manifests itself not only in the fact that the environment hosting a disabled person experiences certain difficulties, but also the disabled themselves are not always ready to be perceived without taking into account their state of health. First of all, it concerns the employment of disabled people, the order of their work, the mentor figure in labor relations. The article also touches upon the problem of the state imposing social protection measures on the employer for the disabled, providing him with compensation payments, and his responsibility.
