Functional structural analysis of primary-school teacher's managerial competence

The article considers a modern state of the educational system in Russia, tendencies of its development. It shows the structure of pedagogical abilities of a teacher which are necessary for efficient realization of his professional activity. It points at the necessity of working at the teacher's professional competence at the training stage. Qualities of a teacher's personality necessary for efficient realization of managerial activity are grounded.
