The functional state of vessel endothelium was investigated in 30 patients with hemoblastosis before and after polychemotherapy (PChT). The prevalence of vasoconstriction factors (von Willebrand factor and endothelin-1) over the level of stable metabolites of nitrogen oxide having a vasodilating effect was revealed in the blood serum of patients with hemoblastosis before PChT. After PChT, the levels of von Willebrand factor and endothelin-1 in blood serum of the patients were reduced, whereas the level of nitrogen oxide was increased but these changes did not reach the level of the target values of healthy donors. The results of the study indicated the development of endothelial dysfunction in patients with hemoblastosis.
