The work investigates the endotheliocyte functional status at terebrant affects of various genesis. The status is estimated by indicators of nitrogen oxide products (II) and blood cells conglutination to it. It is stated that acute renal failure, acute hepatic failure and septic peritonitis can induce the endothelial dysfunction. Demonstration of aseptic peritonitis is not accompanied by change of endotheliocyte functional status. Total content of nitrogen oxide products increases at acute renal failure, acute hepatic failure and septic peritonitis. At acute hepatic failure and septic peritonitis the adhesive capacity of endotheliocytes changes against leukocytes.
