Functional status of the fetus in pregnant women with preeclampsia associated with chronic renal disease

The article discusses the results of the functional state of the fetus in pregnant women with preeclampsia associated with chronic renal illness. We focus on women whose pregnancies develop on the background of chronic somatic pathology, particularly chronic renal disease, because extragenital background generates a state of endothelial response and vascular reactions before pregnancy.
