The article caused the frelevance of the unctional basics of organizational management system of consumer cooperatives. The factors of influence on the efficiency of the allocation and management functions, which are defined: the functions performed; depend on the personality of the head; depend on the staff; depend on process control engineering. An assessment of the level of influence of these factors on the effectiveness of groups management functions in the system of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. A method for distribution of functions across levels of management system of consumer cooperatives, which is based on the mutual influence of different groups promptness factors on the level of centralization of management functions. Developed the main directions of improving the efficiency of distribution and control functions and the possibility of adjusting their level of centralization to an optimal value.
