In 30 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) and multifocal coronary lesions the functional condition of left and right heart parts was estimated before and after direct myocardium revascularization (DMR). Systolic and diastolic function of heart ventricles was estimated by ultrasonic methods, including tissue Doppler. Before the operation systolic and diastolic function disorders in patients with IHD were revealed not only in the left, but also in the right ventricle. In the early postoperative period the marked increase of longitudinal systolic function indexes of both ventricles were determined, as well as the tendency of their relaxation properties improvement.
