Biochemical composition of sea-buckthorn berries growing in different places with the purpose of producing purée is studied. Organoleptic properties and physical and chemical indices of sea-buckthorn purée are determined. It is revealed that sea-buckthorn purée is valuable and safe raw material, which allows to use it for nutrition.
