Functional reserves of pupils and students under adaptation to the changing conditions of training

In modern conditions of reforming the education system, the ability of the participants in the educational process, schoolchildren and students, to adapt to changing learning conditions without compromising the integrity of the organism, is gaining more and more importance. Both in high school and in school, the individual experiences a stress on the cardiovascular system. Overexertion of regulatory systems can lead to disruption of adaptation with an inadequate change in the level of functioning, primarily of the cardiovascular system and the appearance of pathological syndromes and diseases. This article presents the results of the study of the functional reserves of schoolchildren, as well as students of the first and final courses. The evaluation of the received information about the reserve of health of this contingent is given, the adaptation potential in dynamics is traced. ECG indicators of schoolchildren and students corresponded to their age norm. A certain predominance of sympathetic tone in the central contour of heart rhythm among students has been revealed. A more pronounced strain of adaptation mechanisms among first-year students is noted, which requires the development of measures to optimize the adaptation of students to higher education.
