Functional approach to improving the organizational structure of the enterprise

The reason for the insufficiently effective management of the enterprise is in the plane of the imperfection of its administrative organizational structure due to the lack of adaptability and flexibility to changing environmental conditions. In the article, the administrative organizational structure of an enterprise is considered as a management system with a hierarchy of mutual subordination and linear connections. The functional approach to the formation of the OS, using a system of management functions, makes it possible to adapt the organizational structure to changes and the needs of the external environment. The transition to a functional organizational structure of domestic enterprises is necessary for their smooth and efficient functioning.
