The functioning of associations of municipalities at the federal level

The Experience of the functioning of associations of municipalities at the Federal level testifies to the high efficiency of these organizations. This fact fully explains the relevance of the topic of this article. In the analysis of process of functioning of associations municipal associations were actively used methods in empirical studies based on the experience of the functioning of municipalities and normative documents of Federal level. The results of this study contribute to improving the functioning of associations of municipalities in inter-municipal cooperation.
