Functional use of verbal phraseological units and pragmasemantic in the newspaper text of the French and Tatar languages

The article is centered around the problem of functional use of verbal phraseological units in a newspaper language from the pragmasemantical point of view which is considered to be a new scientific paradigm of XXI century. The main types of semantic extension of the information conveyed in verbal phraseological units which realize communicative end pragmatic intentions of newspaper articles' writers are singled out it this paper work.
