Functioning and role of the Chinese exclamations based on the film “”

The article deals with the functions and role of the exclamations in the Chinese language. There are identified their groups from the perspective of the emotional colors; there are revealed the most used in speech. The study of exclamations in the Chinese language is based on the film “ 老师好 ”. There is reflected the comprehensiveness and variety of their use in the different communicative situations by the means of the most frequent exclamations in the speech of the characters of the film.
