Functioning of the economy of the healthcare system in a new normality

The paper presents the results of a study on the topic of the economic component of the functioning of the health system during the pandemic and post-pandemic format of functioning. The author reveals the issues of the problems of this activity both within the framework of Russian specifics, and in those countries that until 2020 were considered the most reliable in terms of public health protection, since they were the most financially intensive in the field of maintaining national health systems. However, as revealed by the study, it was these countries that coped most poorly with the negative consequences of the COVID-2019 coronavirus pandemic.
