Functioning of young families in the Republic of Buryatia

The problem of studying the functioning of young families is particularly relevant, since young families play an important role in the formation and functioning of the whole society. The article presents the results of empirical research, which reveals the features of young families in the Republic of Buryatia. The authors conclude that public policy primarily should be aimed at solving the housing problems of the young families of the region. The article identifies the necessity to establish a Unified Centre for Young Families Support, which can provide qualified assistance in solving many contemporary problems of the young families.
