Functioning of public associations of the Republic of Buryatia in modern conditions (results of sociological research)

This article is devoted to the research of public associations of Buryatia. In this regard the financing sources, nature of interaction of public organizations with power structures and society are considered. The possibility of influence on the sphere of their activity is estimated. The features of personnel structure and professional development of employees are analyzed.
