Functioning of the residential market in the current realities of the economy

The article deals with the functioning of the residential real estate market in Russia (Moscow), taking into account the turning points. The impact of mortgage lending rates on the current demand for residential real estate has been analyzed. Also, the influence of the Renovation Program currently being implemented on the residential property market in Moscow has been studied. The author in an introductory text considers application of the scheme of project financing of construction of apartment houses.
