Futurological vision for the future of Russian education

The article highlights the futurist view of the future of Russian education: an analytical review of trends and perspectives of its development in the Russian Federation. The author describes the concept of "education", the basic forms of education, important competences for the future, the role of the teacher as a compulsory subject of the Russian education, etc. Conclusion. The rapid development of digital technology over the past decades has radically changed not only production sphere but also our lives. The advent of personal computers, the Internet, Wi-Fi, cloud computing, digital content and smartphones transformed the ways of getting information, maintaining communication, and speed of decision-making in life, business, and education. In the coming years, the impact of a number of new technological solutions and developments will be immense. Compact systems of energy generation and storage, service robotics, augmented reality, 3D printing, 3D scanning and predictive analytics based on big data. All technological innovations are reflected in certain tendencies of development of education worldwide and in Russia. As the concept of the profession is gradually disappearing, leading positions in the labour market is a specific skill.
