Guarantees and the system of the public interests arising from option agreements

In article legal and organizational aspects of the guarantees arising from option agreements are considered. Main types and forms of guarantee certificates, features of the conclusion of option agreements are analysed. As a result of a research importance of effective functioning of system of guarantees for realization of public interests is revealed.
