This article discusses one of the fundamental provisions that every person on the planet has, because at present human and civil rights cover the entire earth's heat and are universal. It is impossible to imagine that human rights can be restricted in any way, much less deprived of those rights that were given to him from birth, regardless of citizenship, regardless of which State he lives in. Human rights are given to him from the moment of birth and disappear from the moment of death as a result, it can be revealed that human rights are not alienated and inherent to him throughout his life.
