Guaranteed and accessibility of justice in the Russian Federation

In work mechanisms of realization of the right of the citizen for accessible and fair justice are considered. The main stages and tools for restoring violated rights are listed. The need to ensure constitutional norms is considered. Examples of direct and indirect protection of violated rights are given.
