Harmonization of pension legislation of the EAEU in the field of social security rights of workers

The article examines the harmonization of pension legislation as one of the most important areas of the legal policy of the EAEU member states, which is focused on jointly resolving issues of implementing equal conditions of social security rights for workers of the Union; The processes of formation of pension rights and mutual responsibility of member states when exporting pensions on the principle of proportionality and territoriality are considered using the example of the EAEU Agreement on Pension Security. The authors identified the problems of applicability of the transitional provisions of this Agreement, the participating states of the obligations associated with conflicts arising in national legislations.
