Harmonization of production and sales activities of industrial enterprises implies actions aimed at harmonization of manufacturing and marketing processes, helping to achieve sustainability of business operations and maximization of the benefits for the organization. During the economic crisis, in terms of sanctions and embargo on products of high technology and dual-use goods, when domestic industries operate under conditions of high uncertainty and instability, harmonization is becoming one of the most important and difficult tasks. Linking the challenges facing the company's manufacturing and marketing with the overall objectives of the enterprise, the harmonization of production and marketing activities embodies the essential organizing principles in the company's activities, and acts as a coordinator of the industrial policy of the enterprise. This article suggests possible ways to harmonize production and marketing activities of high-tech enterprises operating in the market of industrial computer technology.
