Damper of fluctuations of liquid with cross developed structure

In article data on development by the author of the combined damper which scheme is developed crosswise are explained. The purpose of creation of such device consists in ensuring the increased effectiveness of action for decrease in pressure roughness of liquid in the widest frequenciest range. The structure of the combined damper includes the central flowing channel and two spark circuits: internal and external. The internal contour is formed by an inertance of the central flowing channel and an elasticity of the shank bore of a damper. An external contour - an inertance of the central flowing channel and an elasticity of an external cavity of the device. Dynamic fluid flows in elements of a damper are regulated by selection of parameters of the choking elements and change of the geometrical sizes of the tube forming a resonance circuit together with an elasticity of an external cavity. The frequency profiles of coefficient of a nonreflection attenuation of the combined damper and the device taken as basic are provided. Features of the developed method of calculation of a damper consist that ratios between characteristic acoustic characteristics of the device demanded by geometrical characteristics of elements of a damper and flow parameters in admission lines are established. Hydraulic losses on a damper are minimized due to selection of geometry of entrance and output sites of the flowing canal of the device.
