Traditional kitchen is recognized as an essential component of cultural. UNESCO recognizes gastronomic heritage as part of the history and cultural heritage of the peoples. On the world tourist market various forms of tourism and gastronomy relationships have always existed. However, just in the last few years has strongly increased attention to the gastronomic tours on the part of both consumers and the organizers of this tourist product, professional gastronomic and culinary organizations, and the general public.
