Ppp as a factor of transformation of academic staff training system in the context of innovative economy

The article is devoted to the problem of coordination of education, science and business in the context of the Concept of the long-term social and economic development of the Russian Federation. The public-private partnership in the innovation sector is considered as an institutional and organizational alliance between the state and business aimed at the implementation of socially important projects. This form of interaction between the state and private sector is extensively used worldwide and exhibits significant advantages as compared to other forms of cooperation, whereas in the domestic economy, including the sphere of education and science, it is currently being applied inconsistently under the influence of a number of factors, which obstruct the formation of the institution of PPP. The authors discuss the transfer function of universities in the PPP system, demonstrate the need for the formation and development of motivation system for PPP participants in the sphere of academic staff training.
