Gamification as a tool for successful communication in youth policy

Political communication has a diversity of features and requires detailed study especially in the field of youth policy. There are many tools for successful political communication. Nowadays gamification as a tool for communication is used more and more frequently. In this research a business game for the political youth forum was created and analysed. To evaluate the efficiency of business game the questionnaires were used. As a result of the study positive and negative factors of gamification as tool for political communication in youth policy were indentificated.
