Results of examining of 150 oil industry workers having vertebrogenic syndrome of the vertebral artery are presented in the article. Clinical-hemodynamic variants of the syndrome course and statistically significant compensatory functional variations of the blood flow in vertebral and carotid systems and in single anastomoses were revealed.
