Gender in the axiology of education

There is traced the process of establishment of the gender identity under the influence of value orientations in society and educational system. There are ascertained the reasons for stereotyping as a negative element of a public organization, considered the gender socialization as the process of personal values and purposes with the tendency of the gender tolerance.
