Training of the gender focused: problems and prospects of realization in liceum

The author of the article generalizes an operational experience of Liceum 103 "Harmony" of city of Zheleznogorsk of Krasnoyarsk region. Results of work of Liceum developed not one year. In the article characteristic to the basic technologies which arose and developed directly in Liceum is given and defined a trajectory of development of educational establishment. The technology of separate training is especially allocated. It is marked, that by present time the methodical base for separate training and support of pupils and their families is generated.
