Gender equality - world experience and practice of Uzbekistan

The article examines the world experience and practice of gender equality, which is one of the human rights enshrined in many declarations and conventions. Much attention is paid to this issue in our country, to help improve the situation in the field of gender equality. The main directions of gender equality in the employment of women are studied, the gender balance is given by the spheres of work, the influencing factors are analyzed, and a number of practical proposals and recommendations are given.
