Gender characteristics of leader and their impact on management process

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the role of women managers in the management of the enterprise and the economy as a whole, the economic space of the Russian economy. The subject of this study is a female leader in the management of organizations and sectors of the economy, particularly the development and evolution of the concept of "woman manager", the character of its manifestations competencies in economics, gender specific management decisions and its components forming the image. Conclusions as a result of this work may be used in software development training courses, special courses in economics, management, political science, sociology and femi-nology.
