Gender and entrepreneurship development

The article analyzes the problem of gender imbalance in the business environment, the features of building a women's career, both in the entrepreneurial and corporate sectors, and highlights the main barriers that most women face on the way to developing their careers. Modern opportunities provided by companies and the state to support women's careers are analyzed, as well as author's ideas for the active involvement of women in the country's economy and the creation of new business opportunities for them are proposed.
