In work the analysis of a body’s weight change and the content of common protein in plasma of white rats males and females both at development of cadmium chloride intoxication and after its termination is given. Duration of intoxication made 5, 10 and 15 days. An intoxication dose - 2 mg on 100 г weights of a body, per os. Duration of the regenerative period after a 15-day intoxication made 5, 10 and 15 days. The protein content in plasma analyzed by refractometry method. The cadmium chloride intoxication led to loss of a body’s weight and decrease in the content of common protein in blood plasma to those more than the big total toxic dose has been received by an animal. After cadmium cancellation both indicators came back to control values. Males had smaller, in comparison with females, speed of loss of a body’s weight for 5 and 10 days of intoxication. The maximum speed of a set of a body’s weight at females has been noted in 5 days after toxicant cancellation, and at males it was in 15 days. At females in comparison with males concentration of common protein in blood plasma in intoxication more slowly decreased, however by the end of the regenerative period it has appeared as raised. At males the protein content came to control values by 5 day after cancel of cadmium and remains invariable up to the termination of regenerative period.
