The article addressed the issue of negotiation in modern life, and more specifically to the relationships between the sexes in negotiating situations. The question of what gender traits, masculine or feminine, are more in demand in the activities of a negotiator. We explain how to change self-assessment and reference gender attitudes of men and women with age changes.
