Gender features of career orientations of students at different stages of high school training

Results of an empirical research of gender distinctions are given in career orientations at students of law college. Existence of gender features in dynamics of career orientations is shown: at girls the level of their expressiveness does not change during their training in higher education institution, young men have a weakening of a number of career orientations. Structures of career orientations are described and gender distinctions in them are revealed: a kernel of structure at young men is career orientation "call", and girls have "service".
