The comparative analysis of gender differences in clinical status in patients with ischemic heart disease after coronary bypass surgery has been submitted. It was identified that women with ischemic heart disease compared to men had more often overweight, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and left ventricular hypertrophy. The presence of three-vessel coronary disease with stenosis degree up to 50% was also as the feature of coronary atherosclerosis in women.
