Genealogical structure of the Tatarstan population of the Holstein breed by belonging to perspective branches

The genealogical structure of the Tatarstan population of the Holstein breed was studied according to its belonging to perspective branches. The purpose of line breeding is to consolidate and development in the offspring the valuable features of the ancestor and his successors. The herd has been found to have perspective branches of three lines, with the largest share of dairy cattle in the branches Hanoverhill Starbuck 352790 (28,3 %), Rockalli Son of Bova 1665634 (28,4 %) of Vis Beck Aydial and Arlinda Rotate 1697572 (20,8 %) from the Reflection Sovering. A small group of cattle comes from the branch S-W-D Valiant 1650414 (1,6 %). The Sweet-Haven Tradition branch with a yield of 15231 kg, 4,01 % protein by mass and 3,28 % protein by mass, and the Rockalli Son of Bova branch (14299 kg - 3,83 % - 3,17 %) have a high bull genealogy.
