The article deals with General A.A. Kireev’s appraisal of the Greek-Russian relationships, Greek internal and foreign policy in the context of his relations with Olga Konstantinovna, the Queen of Greeks. The author analyzes diplomatic maneuvers of King Georg I, considers Kireev’s attitude to Pan-Slavism and Greek “Megali Idea".
