Genetic predisposition and resistance to occupational diseases of respiratory organs at workers of Kuzbas coal-mining enterprises: antracosilicosis

Бесплатный доступ

Distribution of biochemical markers of genes HP, GC, EsD, AcP, polymorphism zero-alleles of biotransformation enzymes – transferases GSTT1 (GST – θ1), GSTM1 (GST - μ 1), and also polymorphism of VNTR4 gene NOS3 at patients with antracosilicosis and at healthy one are studied. It is shown that owners of genotypes HP 1-1, GC 2-2, EsD 1-2, AcP bb are most subject to disease, and resistant – the owners of HP 2-2, GC 1-1, Es D 1-1, AcP aa, AcP bc. In the senior age group of patients in most cases frequency of genotypes of risk is more lower, and frequency of genotypes of resistance higher, than in younger age group that can specify in professional selection at workers of the coal-mining enterprises.
