Genetic structure of populations of the horse trotter breed on alleles of system D of blood groups

The authors used the original technique for identification of alleles and genotypes on the phenotypes by means of limited panel of antiserum-reagents and population-genetic analysis for the purpose of estimation of genetic structure of three horse populations of the Orlov and Russian trotter breed on alleles of D system of blood groups. The differences between the breeds and geography disconnected animals populations were revealed, that is due to different vectors of the natural and artificial selection.
