Genetics bank of rare and valuable plant species of Volgograd regional botanic garden

The article is devoted to the problem of genetic conservation of rare and valuable plant species in Russia. The researches aim has become optimization technology of clonal microreproduction of rare plant species that were included to the Red Book of Russia and Volgograd oblast, and also creation the bank of sterile cultures as a perspective direction of biological diversity plants preservation.
