Genesis of V. P. Semenov-Tyan-Shansky geopolitical views

The authors analyze the genesis of geopolitical views of a famous geographer V.P. Semenov-Tyan-Shansky. The authors also describe the formation of the first Russian geopolitical conception. The interest to the geopolitical conception of V.P. Semenov-Tyan-Shansky is not accidental. He created the project of vision of the Russian future, being aware of its continental mission.
