Proceeding from the fact that the study of foreign historical experience in the organization and functioning of juvenile justice dealing with the prevention of juvenile delinquency is very relevant and necessary in refining and resolving issues of effectively counteracting the criminalization of underage persons, the author studies the administrative delicacy and juvenile delinquency in the usa, new zealand, england, germa and China, assessed the possible prospects for their use in modern Russia.
