Genesis of international regulation of cooperation of states in the field of energy resources

The article discusses the practice of regulating international relations in the field of energy resources based on the analysis of the resolutions of the General Assembly and the UN Economic and Social Council. Some issues of international cooperation - inalienable sovereignty over natural energy resources, certain types of natural resources-energy resources (coal, oil, gas resources), renewable energy resources (solar, wind and geothermal energy), cooperation with specialized agencies and international intergovernmental organizations in the field of energy, resources of certain types of spaces, territories (resources of the seas, oceans) are identified. Some patterns and trends of international regulation in the field of energy resources are determined. The changes in the international regulation of energy are analyzed.
