Genesis of moral, religious and law precepts as subject of the philosophical analysis

The article analyzes the process of formation of norms of morality, religion and law in the history of human society. It is shown that one of the features of the formation rules is their consistent appearance and fixation in the process of sociogenesis. Society considered as an open system, generating a certain social behavior, to preserve the stability and sustainability of its existence. With the development of society, people have the need for regulation and the coherence of their actions and behaviors in everyday life. In public consciousness there are rules that are realized in the forms of customs, traditions, morality, religion and law. These processes are seen as interdependent. The humanization of society is analyzed as a criterion for rulemaking. Selected historical milestones, showing the deep changes of society, transforming from a set of local, relatively Autonomous units, with their traditions and norms into a single planetary civilization. It is noted that the unity of mankind is based on the awareness of the commonality of humanistic norms and values. Special attention is drawn on the evolution of morality, determining that their formation is a complex process due to historical, cultural, ideological, religious change and the complexity of the human psyche, which contributed to the sense of fear of violating a sacred taboo, and then gave rise to the mechanism of obligation. To argue his own scientific position, the authors appeal to a wide range of researchers to this issue, such as Aristotle, E. Durkheim, E. Giddens, I. Kant, N. N. Moiseyev, Z. Freud, L. Feuerbach, J. Habermas
