Genesis of such legal phenomenon as a corporate conflict

The article is devoted to the study of the works of philosophers and scientists of past centuries, their relationship to social conflict in society, the analysis of theories about the conflict, the correlation of these theories with each other and the projection of these types of relations on relations within the corporation. Recently, the problem of defining the concept of "Corporate Conflict" has arisen, because its absence leads to unequal judicial practice, and this in turn proves that in the Russian Federation there are legislative gaps in this area of law.
