The genesis of legal values of Russian conservatism in the writings of A. S. Shishkov, F. V. Rostopchin, S. N. Glinka

The article considers the value constants of political and legal ideas of Russian conservatives of the first quarter of the 19th century, such as F.V. Rostopchin, A.S. Shishkov, S.N. Glinka. This group of thinkers founded the anti-liberal paradigm and attracted attention to the problem of saving national identity in culture, society and state. The author concludes that early conservatism demonstrates the presence of such basic values of classical conservatism as anti-rationalism, anti-individualism, anti-globalism, antiprogress, collectivism, nationalism, traditionalism, hierarchy of society.
