The article presents the results of genotyping heifers Holstein gene Kappa - casein. After the reaction restriction and evaluation of preformism lengths of restriction fragments (RFLP) distribution of heifers genotypes shows that genetic equilibrium is shifted toward the AA genotype - 243 goal. (61%), genotype AB - 136 goal. (34%), animals with desirable BB genotype was only 20 goal. (5%) Revealed a pattern of high productivity with a polymorphism of the studied gene.
